Pilates will help build your strength and improve your mobility working on any imbalances in the body and addressing any postural issues. If you have an injury, recovering from an operation or just need to get fitter then Pilates will help you! I teach matwork classes using small equipment to people of all abilities. Addressing injuries and postural problems using specific exercises modified and adapted to suit individual needs. Also teach pregnancy & postnatal Pilates.
