At GRAND IPR we are passionate about protecting your business brand in the best possible way. This can be done in seperate countries such as the UK/Denmark or as a whole for the entire European Community. Depending upon the type of business you own/run you may well want the strongest kind of protection, because you trade/have clients outside the UK, and in that case a registration at OHIM is what you want.
Let Céleste Reumert Refn take care of all the tedious work for you and stay in your personal zone of genious and never worry again about how to register a trademark or design.
Story behind the name:
Apart from Denmark Céleste Reumert Refn has lived, at one point or another, in both the UK and France, and her mastery of the languages in these countries in conjunction with an insight into European culture and legislation provides a strong foundation for GRAND IPR to deliver legal advice and consultations to clients across the European Union. For that reason the company name chosen is one with international pronunciation.
The first part of the name, GRAND, is a direct homage to Célestes late uncle Cinema owner/film director Peter Emil Refn. Peter owned the cinema Grand Teatret in Copenhagen, where Céleste grew up partly and still spends many a joyfull hour to this day. This has brought about and cemented her intrest in the intellectual property rights.
The second part of the name, IPR, is an abbreviation of intellectual property rights.
Important NOTE: According to Danish legislation I am not obliged to have an endemnity ensurance as long as I inform my clients about this. I can therefore not be held liable for any economic loss that might occur as a result of my counselling.
